Add yourself to the register

There are two ways in: your Medicare account in the myGov app, or the form at DonateLife. Pick whichever’s easier.

How to do this

  1. Open myGov, or the DonateLife form.
  2. Register through Medicare and pick what to donate.
  3. Tell your family, so they know your wishes.
  4. Done.
